					Minimum depth range from Ref. 106314.  Maximum length based on occurrence (Ref. 106314); to be replaced with a better reference. Neritic, demersal (Ref. 106512).  Occurs on muddy areas on the deepest part of continental shelf and on the upper slope (Ref. 106311).  Abundant in the upper continental slope between depths of 150 to 400 m (Ref. 122113).  Also found on open-sea detritic organogenic sediments (Ref. 106314), on a seamount (Ref. 106167) and coral bank (Ref. 95763).  Epibenthos feeder (Ref. 106512).  Opportunistically feeds on epifaunal mobile crustaceans and small fish.  A small part of its diet contains echinoderms, polychaetes and bivalves (Ref. 106311).
