Tentacle clubs with 2 rows of strong hooks (with or without marginal suckers) on manus, well-defined discoidal locking appara tus on the carpus. Arm suckers biserial with smooth rings. Neck often with numerous nuchal folds. Buccal connectives attach to ventral side of ventral arms. Funnel locking apparatus straight and simple (Ref. 104052).
