Veliger larvae have incipient cap-shaped shell and lobular velum. The shell grows and take the form of that of the typical gastropod snail complete with operculum, well-developed shell musculature, viscera, eye-spots, and velum. The foot and cephalic tentacles began to differentiate. Tissue pigmentation was predominantly beige, velar fringes were yellow, and the digestive gland was maroon.
