Distribution:	Indo-West Pacific, Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean.
Diagnosis:
Biology:	Species' maximum length from the Belgian part of the North Sea (Ref. 7882). Found in estuarine and inshore areas (Ref. 96352); along the near-coastal and coastal zones in fine and coarse sediments partially enriched with mud (40% maximum mud content) (Refs . 2780, 7882, 96352). A carnivore-scavenger (Ref. 96352).
