Distribution:  Arctic and Northern Atlantic: Canada, Greenland and Ireland.
Diagnosis:  Proboscis: Inserted in hydranth which held by chelifores (Ref. 214).
Biology:  Bathyal (Ref. 19). Feeding on hosts: Hydroid Campanularia and Dynamena pumila (Ref. 12); observed feeding on Campanularia.
