Formation: flat to hemispherical, up to 2 m across. Corallites: monocentric, tusk-like, elongated, closely compacted; individual corallites unite only at the colony base. Primary septa: very exsert, spoke-like appearance in situ; with long teeth. Color: uniform gray (Ref. 848). |
