Rounded head bears a pair of well-developed lateral horizontal cephalic furrows, although eyes are absent. A small mouth is situated ventrally at the rear of the head. Body gradually narrows posteriorly to end in a bluntly pointed tip. Color is pale fawn-brown throughout, having a single mid-dorsal longitudinal stripe. |
| Found on coral boulder, from depths of 5 to 10 meters (Ref. 125683). |
