Environment:  sessile; marine; depth range 0 - 20 m
Distribution:  Circum-polar: Antarctica and Sub-Antarctic islands.
Biology:  Found on rocky substrates in the upper part of the infra-littoral zone down to a depth of 20 m (Ref. 26875).
