Max. size:  6 cm TL (male/unsexed); 8 cm TL (female)
Environment:  reef-associated; marine; depth range 0 - 110 m
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Max. length of unsexed species from Ref. 3248. Intertidal to subtidal (Ref. 106854). Prefers coral and rocky reefs. Usually under boulders and coral rubble or in rock crevices and sponge (Ref. 3099). Also inhabits dead coral habitats (Ref. 7868).
