Distribution:  Indo-Pacific, Mediterranean Antarctic and the Arctic. Subtropical to polar.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Minimum depth from Ref. 123543. Benthic (Ref. 85346). Found from the subtidal areas to 5,300 m in depth (Ref. 87801). Sipunculans are nonselective suspension or deposit feeders (Ref. 833).
