Max. size:  3 cm TL (male/unsexed)
Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 672 m
Distribution:  Arctic, Atlantic and Eastern Pacific. Subtropical to polar.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Assumed maximum length from Ref. 822. Found from low intertidal to subtidal areas. Common from winter through the summer season (Ref. 7726). Free-living (Ref. 3123). Feeds on hydroid species (Ref. 822), and tubularian bryozoans and tunicates (Ref. 7726).
