Biology: | Fisheries: Darkly coloured visceral mass and gritty texture are apparent causes for restricted consumption (Ref. 351). In shallow water, sand or sandy mud bottoms (Ref. 344). Infaunal (Ref. 104365). Intertidal; sometimes found near mangroves (Ref. 799). | |||
