Environment:  reef-associated; marine
Distribution:  Indo-Pacific: Indian Ocean to Japan, Australia and Tuamotu Archipelago.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Epizoic, intertidal to subtidal (Ref. 106854). Frequently found in reef flats and in shallow sublittoral depths. Obligatorily associated with echinoderms, usually echinoids (Ref. 69553).
