Depth range recorded from Belize (Ref. 87226) Found in Carrie Bow Cay , Belize in reef and lagoon areas at depths of about 3 to 8 m (Ref. 87226). Members of the order Anthoathecata are mostly colonial A-form hydroids. Life cycle: The zygote develops into planula inside the gonophore and is later released as an actinula which metamorphoses into polyp stage (Ref. 833).
