Depth range is based on occurrence in Vanuatu (Ref..100499); to be replaced with a better reference. Rarely found in sandy mud (Ref. 107880). In general, members of the family Columbellidae are carnivores (Ref. 67623). Members of the order Neogastropoda are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults (Ref. 833).
