Minimum depth from Ref. 109264. This species is found offshore in coral reefs, cienaga facies, bays and coves, particularly on algae, pilings, coral, mud, polychaetes, rock, sand, seagrass, shell and sponge habitats (Ref. 83934). Members of the order Neotaenioglossa are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults (Ref. 833).
