This species is found in supratidal, subtidal and intertidal coral reefs, and cienaga facies, particularly on ascidian, coral, rock and sandy habitats (Ref. 83934). Members of the order Neritopsina are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults (Ref. 833).
