Depth range from shallows to 300 m (Ref. 95344). A common soft bottom gastropod found in shallow waters to 300 m depth (Ref. 95344). Members of the order Neogastropoda are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults (Ref. 833).
