Occurs at depths between 50 to 200 m, in areas of silt to very fine sand (Ref. 96391). Epibenthic species found on reefs (Ref. 95730). Members of the order Neogastropoda are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults (Ref. 833).
