It is found beneath rocks and rock crevices (Ref. 87801), and in forests of Macrocystis pyrifera (Ref. 92889). It feeds on algae (Ref. 87801). Members of the order Archaeogastropoda are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Life cycle: Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults (Ref. 833).
