Distribution:  Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic Oceans: USA and Canada. Mostly polar, but also in subtropical and boreal.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This is an attached species (Ref. 3123). Found at depths of 2 to 800 m (Ref. 120471).
