Environment:  benthic; marine; depth range 0 - 8 m
Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  This species is found in offshore and intertidal coral reefs, bays and coves, cienaga facies, and mangrove areas, particularly on algae, coral, rock, sand and seagrass habitats (Ref. 83934).
