Remarks This is an epibenthic species (Ref. 95730). Usually found at depths 1-20, but also from the upper littoral to 300 m. Found on algal species Fucus vesiculosus, F. serratus, Ascophyllum nodosum and Laminaria saccharina, under and on stones and boulders, in empty shells of lamellibranchs, on carapaces of crabs, at the base of gorgonians, and on the ascidian Styela rustica (Ref. 123732).
